Thank you for considering Stan Stephens Glacier & Wildlife Cruises as part of you Alaskan travel itinerary. We hope that the following information assists you when booking with our company.
When you are ready to book your tour you can do so online or by calling us at 907-835-4731 or toll-free in the US and Canada at 866-867-1297.
As you contact us we will be looking for the following information from you:
- Contact Information (contact phone, address, email),
- Names (first and last) of each person traveling, and
- Date of travel and tour desired.
- Information on any access or dietary special needs. (We do our best to accommodate general dietary needs with our limited resources onboard. Please ask in advance so we can advise you on how to properly prepare.)
Rate Information:
At Stan Stephens Cruises we welcome passengers of all ages! We have three rate levels.
- Adult: Age 13 and older
- Child: Age 3 – 12
- Infant: 2 or under
Please note that even though there is not a charge for an infant we still need to know that they are traveling and book them a seat.
Additional fees may be charged based on operational expenses. All current fees are reflected on this site.
Deposits/Payments:
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 16 or more days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 8-15 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 7 or fewer days in advance will receive no refund.
Please note, even though it is not predicted or anticipated, Stan Stephens Cruises retains the ability to change schedules, vessels, and rates.
